서울과기대 학생(학부생, 대학원생) 여러분 안녕하세요.

국제교육본부(어학교육팀)에서는 2021학년도에도 교내 학생(학부생, 대학원생)을 대상으로, 학술영어와 관련한 자료(논문, 초록, 발표자료 등) 교정 지원 프로그램을 운영합니다. 영어교육을 전담하고 있는 외국인 교수님들이 영문교정을 담당해주시고요. 교정 비용은 무료입니다. 필요시, 교정을 담당한 외국인 교수님과 1:1 무료 상담도 가능하니, 지원을 희망하는 학생들은 많은 이용 바랍니다. 

* 본 프로그램은 교육부의 '대학혁신지원사업'으로 운영됩니다. 

1. 기간: 2021. 3월부터 선착순 약 50명

2. 대상: 서울과기대 학부생 및 대학원생 ※ 휴학생, 수료생, 졸업생도 지원 가능합니다. 

3. 지원내용: 영어로 작성한 학술 자료(논문, 초록, 발표자료 등) 교정 및 1:1 무료 상담(대면/온라인, 필요시)

4. 교정담당: 국제교육본부 소속 영어교육전담 외국인교수 및 외래컨설턴트(영어논문 1만여편 이상 교정 경험 보유 전문가)

5. 지원신청: 아래의 내용을 이메일(proofreading@seoultech.ac.kr)로 제출

1) 본인의 ①학과, ②학번, ③이름, ④연락처, ⑤지도교수님 성함 

2) 본인이 작성한 학술영어자료(논문, 초록, 발표자료 등) *완성된 형태의 문서를 보내주시기 바랍니다.

3) 교정을 희망하는 학술자료의 용도: 학위논문 또는 학회발표, 학술지 투고 등 *학회발표, 학술지의 경우, 학회와 학술지의 이름과 홈페이지 주소도 함께 알려주시기 바랍니다. 

▶ 학회/학술지 제출의 경우, 아래 사항 유의 ◀

① 저자의 소속은 '서울과학기술대학교'로 명시할 것

② 우리 대학의 전임교원이 공동(교신) 저자로 참여하는 자료일 것

③ 제출/투고하려는 학회/학술지의 '이름'과 '홈페이지 주소'를 교정 신청정보와 함께 제출

④ 지도교수(공동저자)의 '영문교정 중복지원 방지 서약서' 제출 필수 (WORD, 아래한글, PDF)

Dear International Students at SeoulTech,

The Office of International Education at SeoulTech offers free proofreading and consultation services on following areas: academic journals/abstracts/posters/presentations written in English.  If you are interested in receiving this support, please send your writing to proofreading@seoultech.ac.kr, with following information;

1) Your name, student ID, department, and contact number

2) Purpose of the writing: graduation thesis paper, or submitting to a journal

2-1) In case you are submittting to a journal, please include the journal name, journal website, and the advising professor name.  In the paper, you must represent SeoulTech as affilation, and your professor must be either co-author or cooresponding author of the paper.  Please also make sure that you submit your professor's signed letter (WORD, Han Soft, PDF) that he/she will not apply for another funding for proofreading the same paper.  

Please note that your writing must be in final draft, not in progress.  The support is limited to approximate 50 students, and the support will close on a first-come first-served basis.  We look forward to hering from you!
